 Col. Davis has been in the real  estate  business  for many years.  He is a licenced Florida Real Estate Agent,  has held a Florida Appraisals Licence, is a local business owner and has been involve in many ways in West Florida Community activities.

Col. Davis is available for all types of sales such as live stock, vehicles of all types, boats, rv's, heavy and light equipment, consignments, estates, business and business liquidations, raw land, single family housing, multi-family housing,  apartment complexes, commercial properties, complete estate services,  all types of events like charities and benefits, etc.  Our company will do auctions on or off site and will even do tent auctions upon request.  We do a large online auction service and will be glad to organize your items for online sales.

We hold an on site consignment auction on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month.  At this auction we sell every thing from real estate to nuts and bolts.  We accept consigned items and place them in one of our upcoming events.  All that is needed is a visit and our consignment forms completed and you are on your well to turning your no longer needed property into cash.
